So Friday, August 2, 2024, Eli Lilly announced there were no more shortages of our GLP-1 medications Mounjaro and Zepbound (aka tirzepatide), but gee, the FDA seems to find that incorrect.
On Tuesday, August 6, 2024, at 10:57am, I took this screen shot of the FDA site.
I also took a screen shot of Ozempic and Wegovy‘s (aka semaglutide) shortage still in effect.
Who’s right? Eli Lilly or the FDA?
Headlines today are even saying the FDA said there was no longer any Eli Lilly shortage, but that is not reflected on their website.
Who do you believe?
