The Easy Way to Lose Weight?
If you had the choice between walking to New York City or driving… would you “take the easy way out?” Me, too. I could go on with the analogy, but you get the gist. And shouldn’t we ALL have the right to save our lives? I say, “YES!”

We all lose weight at a different pace. What’s challenging is we can’t see the changes inside as readily and all we have to go by is what is on the scale. Be patient!
This Is All Too Familiar: GLP-1s vs. RNY
Reading about the concerns or worries of those taking the GLP-1 medications like Mounjaro, Ozempic, and the others, I am seeing them as incredibly similar to when one has Bariatric Surgery. I had an RNY Gastric Bypass in 2001 and here are the comparisons to that and the new health and weight loss medications.
